QS / Commercial Assistance

  • We are looking for motivated individuals to support our commercial team across civil engineering, groundworks and development projects. Responsibilities can be adapted depending on experience, with opportunities to learn from experienced members of the team.

    This position may suit someone with existing commercial or QS experience, or a trainee looking to develop their skills within the construction industry.

Sales & Customer Support

  • We are looking for confident and professional individuals to support customer enquiries and sales across plant hire, aggregates and concrete. The role will involve communicating with customers, supporting the wider team, and helping ensure enquiries are handled efficiently.

    This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, good organisation, and a willingness to learn within a busy and growing business.

HGV Operator / Plant Operative

  • We are looking for an experienced HGV Operator to join our growing team across Cumbria and the North West. This is a varied role involving HGV driving, transporting plant, aggregates and materials, assisting site teams, and supporting groundwork, civil engineering and haulage projects.

    Applicants should hold a valid HGV licence, with Class 1 or 2 preferred, along with CPC, a digital tachograph card and a full UK driving licence. Experience in construction or groundwork environments would be advantageous, along with a reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
